November 6 2006 - How to Make a Map class for children, Hoboken Historical Museum
October 1, 2005- Women in Business Breakfast, Brownstone House, Paterson NJ; October 25, 2005- How to Make a Book class for BrainStudio, Netherlands
SEPTEMBER 2005 - Book party for the book I designed - 100 Hoboken Firsts - for the Hoboken Historical Museum. Delicious Cake from Carlo's City Hall Bakery!
AUGUST 2005 - Hoboken Historical Museum Tomato Tasting Festival - Frances & I served squash soup and sold coccozze, the Sicilian "baseball bat" squash. My mother-in-law, age 81, is now the Museum's official "Squash Lady."
JUNE 2005 - Awarded a grant to create a book, "How to Draw the Meadowlands", New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.
MARCH 2005 - How to Draw a Clam drawing classes at the Irivington School, Irvington NY. Ages 5-12. Meanwhile Nick showed all the kids how to marble paper!
FEBRUARY 2005 - taught a class "Seeing & Drawing - People & Things" at the Hoboken Historical Museum. Ages 5-12.
DECEMBER 2004 - JULY 2005: NEW YORK CITY: on all the WEEKENDS, if it wasn't not too horribly cold, too hot, too wet, or too anything, I set up a table in front of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 5th Avenue @ East 81st Street, to sell my books and meet my friends. What fun!
SEPTEMBER 2004 - Hoboken Arts & Music Festival, Hoboken Historical Museum Booth. Also the TOMATO FESTIVAL: I accompanied my mother-in-law Frances as she sold home grown sicilian "baseball bat squashes." She was a hit!
APRIL, 2004 - I taught two classes of 3rd graders at the Passaic County Historical Society in Lambert Castle on Garret Mountain in Paterson, NJ. Director Richard Sgritta enlisted me to teach local children "How to Draw Historic Paterson, My Home Town." FUN!
DECEMBER 2003 - Two craft fairs at the Hoboken Historical Museum, 13th and Hudson Streets, Hoboken New Jersey.
OCTOBER 2003 - Thank you to Random House and FIRST BOOK (firstbook.org) - and Nicholas Realty and Center City Partners of Paterson NJ, I vistied schoolchildren in Paterson New Jersey and gave away 3000 copies of SQUEAKY CHALK. On Saturday October 25th I was guest author at the All Saint's Book Fair in Hoboken New Jersey, 7th and Washington Streets.

FEBERUARY 2003: February 26th I went to the Garrison, New York school for Parents as Reading Partners. We read my How to Draw a Clam book and drew lots of pictures, which are now in my Radish Reader's Art Gallery.
JANUARY 2003: January 6th I was on Warner Cable at 9:30 pm, channel 67, on Pamela Peeters show! She is such fun! Her website is our-planet.org

NOVEMBER 2002 : November 18, 2002: PATERSON, NEW JERSEY: I spent the day visiting Public School 16, reading from Squeaky Chalk and drawing, too! Public School 16 is located at 11 22nd Avenue in Paterson., and on November 23, I visited the Borders bookshop, 240 Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ (201) 634-0110

AUGUST 2002 Thursday August 29, 2002: NEW YORK CITY: Black Orchid Bookshop, 303 E.81st Street, NYC, celebrated its 8th anniversary.
