My mother's inimitable jellybean bunny
Yes, my mother makes these wonderful bunnies from jellybeans. She makes a lot or a few, and positions them at the base of her famous easter bunny cake with coconut frosting.
For the eyes nose and tail, make a small amount of the standard "powder-sugar frosting" from milk and powdered sugar, apply with the point of a toothpick. (recipe: 1/4 c powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp milk or slightly more as needed, mix well.)
